All Participants of JUMP 2025 (specialists, general physicians, residents and medical students) are eligible to participate in this competition.
Abstracts are to be written and presented in English.
Only 1 (one) abstract per participant is allowed.
Abstract should not be published nor presented elsewhere before June 27th 2025
Only works submitted through the official JUMP 2025 Website will be accepted.
Abstract should be submitted in Word and PDF format.
File name should follow the following format: Abstract Title_Name of the Presenting Author.
Paper size : A4
Margins : 1 inch on all sides
Font and Font Size : Times New Roman (12 point)
Line spacing : 1.5
Abstract size is limited to 400 words (excluding title, author details and keywords).
Abstract title is limited to 20 words.
The total number of figures and tables is limited to 2 (two) per abstract.
The presenter’s name has to be written in bold.

DETAILED GUIDELINES & VIDEO THUMBNAIL CAN BE DOWNLOADED BELOW
This competition is only open to participants from Indonesia.
Each creator may submit 1 video and/or 1 flyer. Submission of artificial intelligence-generated content is prohibited.
The theme for this competition is “Current Advancements in Urology”.
Videos and flyers should not have been submitted to any other competition.
Only works submitted through the official JUMP 2025 Website will be accepted.
Each submission consists of a link to Google Drive where the video or flyer can be accessed and downloaded by the committee. Videos should be submitted in mp4 or mov format, while flyers should be submitted in png format.
File name should follow the following format: Video Title_Full Name of the Creator or Flyer Title_Full Name of the Creator.
The recommended video resolution is 720p or 1080p. The recommended aspect ratio is 16:9. Maximum video duration is 3 minutes (180 seconds). The first 0.1 second of the video must be the JUMP 2025 Thumbnail.
Flyers must have a 4:5 aspect ratio. The recommended size is 800 x 1000 pixels.

GENERAL RULES
All presenters are required to attend in-person and present their work on-site.
To be eligible as a presenter, participants whose abstracts are selected must register for the JUMP 2025 Symposium.
Submissions must be made using the same account that was used for Abstract submission.
Presenters must submit a Google Drive link containing 1) Presentation file (in PowerPoint format) and 2) E-Poster (in .pdf and .png format)
All presentations will be held at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan, Jakarta.
Each presenter will be allocated 5 minutes to present their work, followed by a 2 minutes Q&A session.
Both the presentation and Q&A sessions must be conducted in English.

PRESENTATION AND E-POSTER SUBMISSIONS:
A presentation template is provided by the committee and can be downloaded from the official website.
The slide aspect ratio should be 16:9 (widescreen format).
Presentation materials should be prepared in English.
The presentation material should include:
a. Background/Introduction
b. Methods, or Case Description for case reports
c. Results and/or Discussion
d. Conclusion
Please provide your E-Poster in the following measurement and format: A0 portrait: 84.1 cm x 118.9 cm (33.1 inch x 46.8 inch)
Please include the following components in your E-Poster:

b. Name & affiliation (with the presenter name written in bold)
c. Background / Introduction
d. Methods, or Case Description for case reports
